About 63 City: 63 City first opened its doors in July of 1985, and has established itself as a major tour site in Seoul , located by the banks of the Hangang River , it is one of the most popular places to enjoy a magnificent view of Seoul City . As its name implies, 63 City is made up of 63 floors, with its Observatory located on the 60th floor where visitors can see all the way out to Incheon coast on clear days. 63 City is also a complex entertainment building offering an IMAX Theater, an aquarium, a shopping mall, and 11 restaurants.

The 63 City's exterior is made up of a golden reflective glass, hence coined as the " Golden Tower ." The 63 City remodeled its Underground Level 1 facilities until February 20, 2006, and has revealed its new look to the public. The Observatory on the 60th floor is currently being remodeled, which is expected to be completed by July 2006.

63 Building Facilities:

- 63 Sea World: Since establishment on July 27, 1985 as the first domestic urban large aquarium, 63 Sea World is annually visited by more than 1 million people. Out of a total of 80 aquariums, 54 are used for general exhibitions and 26 are used for breeding rare living things, which are set up in an extensive area of 1,078 pyong. 453 pyong make up Underground Level 1, and 470 pyong make up Underground Level 2, and the exclusive machine room is located on Underground Level 3, which is 155 pyong. There are 400 species and 20 thousand submarine organisms inhabiting these aquariums. In addition, 63 Sea World offers a diversified and vivid submarine culture with the reptilian exhibition hall and event exhibition hall. To maximize visitors' pleasure, a sea leopard show, a seal show, and female divers show is shown daily.

- 63 IMAX Theater: The IMAX Theater replaced its screen, seats, and sound systems taking several months to complete up and was ready for a reopening on February 20, 2006. It also installed a bilingual broadcasting system in four languages for foreign visitors. 63 IMAX Theater periodically changes its program to offer a variety of selections. It is Korea 's largest IMAX Theater giving viewers an enjoyable and amble space to watch entertaining movies.

- 63 Observatory: Closed for Remodeling from March 8 -- Mid-July, 2006.

- Other Facilities: Various specialty restaurants serving Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes are located on floors 56 - 59, offering a magnificent night view of Seoul . A food court located on the Underground of Level 1 offers a large variety of menu choices at moderate prices. In addition, 63 City also takes prides in its top-class buffet restaurant, the Pavilion, which offers approximately 400 dishes.
